Why Choose Me?

Hello!

I'm Siobhan O'Neill. I've been a freelance writer (journalist, copywriter, content designer) for over 12 years, and I was Communications Manager for a global charitable organisation, working with the world's leading hotel groups for more than 5 years.

Good writing is my living. Understanding an audience and how to reach them with words that inspire them is my speciality.

I realised I could help others adopt these skills and use them to make their business writing crisp, precise and impactful, so I taught these business writing courses for hundreds of adult learners, local businesses and local authority employees for several years at West Thames College.

Feedback from the courses was always excellent and the trainees left feeling more confident about their business writing; taking away my tips, tricks and materials to improve their grammar, sharpen their style, hone their voice and streamline their working day.

Now I'm opening the learning up to a wider audience by bringing it online; creating short, flexible couses that fit around people's working lives and can be completed at home or in the office.
